These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between “Huge-IT” and “You”. You acknowledge, that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including any additional guidelines and future modifications (collectively, the “terms”) If at any time you do not agree to these terms, please immediately terminate your use of the Huge-IT service. Users are responsible for periodically viewing the Terms. Your continued use of the Service after a change or update has been made will constitute your acceptance to the revised Terms. If you violate the Terms, Huge-IT reserves the right to issue you a warning regarding the violation or immediately terminate supplying it’s service. You agree that Huge-IT don’t need to provide you notice before terminating or suspending any service with you, but it may do so. Huge-IT reserves the right to refuse any user access to the Services without notice for any reason, including, but not limited to, a violation of the Terms. You agree that Huge-IT may discontinue the Service or change the content of the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice to you, without liability. You represent that you are 13 years old or older. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to the Terms.


You understand and agree that you may not distribute, sell, transfer or license this content and/or application in any manner, in any country, or on any social network or other medium without the explicit written permission of Huge-IT. You grant the right to act as an agent on your behalf as operator of the application. Any data, text, graphics, photographs and their selection and arrangement, (hereinafter “User Content”) uploaded to the Service are subject, whether in whole or in part, to unlimited commercial, non-commercial and/or promotional use by Huge-IT By using you acknowledge and accept that you may be exposed to material you find offensive or objectionable. You agree that will not under any circumstances be liable for any User Content, including, but not limited to, errors in any User Content, or any loss or damage incurred by use of the User Content. Huge-IT reserves the right to remove and permanently delete any User Content from the Service with or without notice.


Our product packages include access to support and updates for one year. Huge-IT has the right to change the terms of this website and the licensing of any Huge-IT theme or product at any time. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our themes or products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Huge-IT. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products


Your purchase of Huge-IT products is final. You are being billed after you make a purchase of one or multiple products. This is a one time payment. All our products are non-refundable, due to their General Public License (GNU GPL or GPL), which is a widely used free software license, that guarantees end users the freedom to run, study, share and modify the software. Our refund service negotiate and discuss each issue case by case, meaning that end user is free to email Huge-IT staff or use contact form on this website, social networks to let us know about the difficulties they face during the first 30 (thirty) days, in this case, if one of our developers could not solve the problem, client will be covered by the money back guarantee. Within that period refund requests can be accepted if they correspond to the following IMPORTANT requirements:

  • The company does not refund for a third party service that client desires to apply for, whether it is a database issue, backup request or any other paid service of a hosting company, third party service or individual. We are responsible for our services and plugins only. And your decisions to apply for a third party service is still holds on you, but not the company or our services. We also don't refund in cases where a client has made changes in the codes of our products and requires a refund.
  • Before asking the refund user should clearly describe the problem to the mentioned platforms, showing the issue on a live website by providing links, screenshots, system log info and more details if required by customer service.
  • We do not accept refund requests without any evidence of the problems faced with the plugin and without describing the reasons of a refund.

After the problem is examined by our experts we MAKE refund in cases:

  • Dysfunction of the product which come from our product, and can not be fixed within mentioned period of time.
  • Global bugs found in the plugin ( the bug is global if it should be updated within rather long period of time).

In the case of minor deficiencies that can be corrected, your payment is final. We DON’T refund if:

  • You mistakenly bought the wrong product (in this case, we make discounts if you purchase the right one)
  • Do not like the product ( we gave all information and demonstration for you to be sure if the product is what you need)
  • The product doesn’t have features you thought it should have ( free version is made to show how it functions and in user manual you can find all features that pro version has, also we have fast support that can answer all your questions)
  • There is minor deficiencies, which can be corrected, but it is not given any chance for us to fix
  • There are problems which come from other plugins or theme incompatibility

Being a customer, please get sure if you buy the right product, get sure it has all you need and use to ask questions before purchases in order to avoid problems.

Restrictions on Huge-IT Support Service

Huge-IT always eagers to help its customers, no matter if they are Free or Paid users. Yet the company may avoid providing support for websites with the following content, as well as ban and terminate the accounts/websites :

  • That promote abusive, pornographic, threatening, or tortuous material and behaviour as well as third party content - including links to such materials that we deem.
  • The support member or the company may not continue speaking with client when they are extremely rude, vulgar or offensive in any way.


Huge-IT products are available through different licenses. All these products are distributed using either the Huge-IT Proprietary Use License or the GNU General Public License (GPL). Huge-IT products (Joomla!, WordPress! Templates, Modules, Components, Extensions, Plugins) are released under the GNU/GPLv2 GPL license.


The product packages that are purchased on this site include one year support. All support inquiries and questions can be submitted via our member area. We do not provide phone support. This also enables us to keep our prices low for you the customer. The all information that is given to our support team is highly protected from anybody. We guarantee that all user information will be only between Huge-IT developer’s and the user, who provided that information.


The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the “Trademarks”) displayed on this Web Site are registered trademarks of Huge-IT company its affiliates and others. Nothing contained on this Web Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on this Web Site without the written permission of Huge-IT company or such third party that may own the trademark displayed on this Web Site. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on this Web Site, or any other content on this Web Site, except as provided herein, is strictly prohibited.

Information Repository

Information is stored from user’s ID and Access Tokens. Access Tokens are taken and retrieved from Instagram’s API. As the integration is included in the Photo Gallery plugin then information included in the plugin itself and integration is saved in your website’s database. Consequently, website cookies don’t influence on the stored information anyhow, it is available when using different devices and browsers. It also uses the stock JSON data extracted from Instagram’s API, which is later presented as HTML. The integration doesn’t use your visitors personal information.

Exposed Information

The integration displays any Instagram related information: username, followers, posts, photos, photo titles, hash tags, particular photo’s likes and comments, the location and the date of photos.

Data Access

The integration doesn’t allow actions which are available in the regular Instagram platform. The content (photos) cannot be published, posted, edited, commented, liked or disliked through this integration. Information is presented as a ready-made content access to which is not available. The content can be viewed by your visitors without any supplement from their side.

Instagram API

Instagram API may change, suspend, or discontinue the availability of any Instagram APIs at any time. This is not connected or in hands of Huge-IT. This means, that your plugin can stop working, if Instagram stops the support of our client API. In addition, Instagram may impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Instagram APIs or the Instagram website without notice or liability. In this case, purchased products ar not refundable, and shall be discussed case by case.

Stored Data Disposal

After removing the plugin the User Media data will be deleted but galleries which were created by using the Photo Gallery plugin will be saved in the database. User ID and information will not be saved in the database as well as will not be passed to third party plugins. The integration connects Instagram platform, particularly, user’s page with a plugin in a live mode.
