New Install, Several problems

Hi!

First of all thanks for providing the free version of this form plugin. I am looking forward to seeing all the great features you have listed working on our site.

Anyway, after the very first install I experienced the following problems:

1. Create New form – redirects me to a blank page.

2. General options, – some fields are not editable.

Example: No where for me to click and edit the following fields:

IN FORM SETTINGS SECTION:

Send Email From Name
Captcha Public Key

IN ADMINISTRATOR EMAIL SECTION:

Administrator Email

And more in other sections.

I am using WordPress 4.7 with Multisite enabled, and Huge IT Forms 1.4.1

Please advise what you suggest I do to get it working as it should.

Thank you an sorry for the issues.
Before examining the problems first please make correct multi-site installation for that.
Please deactivate the plugin from main site, activate on other sites, the activate on main site, if the problem won’t be solved inform us by telling your theme name.

Would you mind being a bit more specific, and explaining where I can find the multisite version? I searched on WordPress Plugins and the only one I see when searching “Huge IT” is the one I have installed.

You use multi-site , is that correct?

For Multisites you have to deactivate the plugin from main site, activate on other sites, the activate on main site.

For some reason, I just don’t understand you well.

It seems so long winded, I’ve unstalled this plugin and gone with another one.
